Core veneer: full poplar, hardwood, eucalyptus or mixed hardwood core, tight uniform layers without gaps
Bonding glue: WBP boiling waterproof phenolic glue / MR melamine glue for different grade demands
Surface film: black phenolic film, brown Tego film, green PP plastic film, anti-slip film optional
Moisture content: controlled at 6%–12%, thickness tolerance ±0.5mm

Outstanding Waterproof Performance WBP phenolic glue resists rainwater and concrete slurry erosion, no swelling or delamination under long-term wet construction environment, perfect for Vietnam, Argentina, Latin American humid climate.
High Reusability & Cost Saving Hard smooth film surface prevents concrete adhesion, easy stripping without extra release agent. High grade boards can be reused 8–15 times, greatly cutting customer formwork procurement cost.
Stable Structure & High Bearing Strength Multi-layer cross-laminated veneer structure, anti-warping, anti-deformation, strong load capacity for floor slab, column and beam concrete pouring.
Eco-Friendly Standard All plywood meets E1 low formaldehyde emission standard, non-irritating odor, safe for indoor and outdoor construction use.
Customization & One-Stop Supply We support customized logo printing, film color, thickness and packing. Can mix load film faced plywood with MDF, particle board, OSB, prefab container house in one container to lower your sea freight cost.
