         Thickness :  9mm,  12mm,  15mm,  18mm，21mm（standard size), 23mm，27mm

3. Stratification: 

                           18mm        13 layers

    Principle:    

                  1.) When the thickness of the plywood add 3mm, then add 2 layers

                  2.) The same thickness of the plywood, more layers , then more strength.

                  3. )The same thickness of the plywood, more layers, then higher price,better quality.

                  4. )The quantity of the layers is odd number layer.

                  5.)  Film（color of surface),Face&Back is not belonged to the total layers.

4.  Moisture Content:      6%-14%

     Phenilic WBP ,     WBP,    MR

6.  Classification for core of plywood

1. ) Superfine 2.）Secondary superfine 3.）Primary 4.）secondary 5.）Peeling

7. The total technology process:

Core veneer sorting →Core veneer gluing→Core assembling→Cold prepressing→Core repair(the first time)→basic hot press(the first time)→puttying(the first time)→edge cutting→sanding→puttying(the second time)→film covering→hot press(the second time)→polishing→Inspection→edge painting→Packing
