----PRODUCTION PROCESS
Raw material preparation: 1.Film color confirmation, veneer board purchase(we usually use our storage),more thicker material will be used for production;
2.Veneer selecting;
Assembling: workers assemble the core veneer according to the thickness of the lvl plywood and then they assembe the layers veneer
there is gluing process before assembling to make sure there is good performance when the lvl under projects.
Fixation and sanding:good quality boards are always equipped with these process and few lack of layer, over laid etc
Second time hot press: this process can be saved if you do not need higher quality boards or do not need its too many cycle times
Packaging and loading:after the lvl veneer lumber bulk goods are made out, workers shall selection again and make them the packages.
DIFFERENT PACKAGES CAN BE ORDERED AS REQUESTED.
