Film Faced Pine Plywood 18mm | WBP Shuttering Panel For Concrete Formwork
Xingang film faced pine plywood combines the lightweight advantage of pine with a wear-resistant phenolic film overlay. Hot-pressed under high pressure, the film forms a permanent barrier against moisture, alkalis, and abrasion - delivering 8-15 reuses in standard concrete pours. Edges are sealed with waterproof acrylic paint to prevent water ingress and edge swelling during multi-cycle formwork operations.
