----PRODUCTION PROCESS

Raw material preparation: 1.Film color confirmation, veneer board purchase(we usually use our storage);

                                           2.Veneer selecting;

Assembling: workers assemble the core veneer according to the thickness of the ordered film faced plywood and then they assembe the layers veneer

                     there is gluing process before assembling

Pre-pressing:before the first time hot press

First time hot press: after the core veneer was ready and workers will adjust the machine hydraulic and tempreture to test the board accoringdly.

                                 skillful workers can find the best pressure and tempreture fast and accurately

Fixation and sanding:good quality boards are always equipped with these process and few lack of layer, over laid etc

                                  sanding helps better film gluing for the second time hot press

Second time hot press: this process can be saved if you do not need higher quality boards or do not need its too many cycle times
