Surface coating:
Smooth white film that is resistant to UV light, abrasion and moisture, and highly resistant to most common chemicals and solvents. NB: Because these panels are manufactured on the same production line as phenolic film faced plywoods very small brown spots and occasional scratches may sometimes be visible upon close inspection
Edge treatment:
Typically sealed with exterior acrylic paint to protect against moisture
Wear rating:
Taber abrasion value = typical 1400R (EN 438-2)
Tolerances:
Length/width: Typical: up to 1m @ ±1mm, up to 2m @ ±2mm , 2m & above @ ±3mm
Thickness (core plywood): Ranges from 4mm @ +0.3mm/-0.4mm to 50mm @ ±1.2mm
