The Dieffenbacher online glue application and mixing system, along with the surface layer air laying machine and continuous press system, all contribute to the production of top-tier Biomimetic lightweight high-strength particleboard that is on par with international standards.
With an annual production capacity of 300,000 m³, Xingang Biomimetic lightweight high-strength particleboard is a testament to their innovative spirit. Made from New Zealand radiata pine, this high-tech board is further enhanced by the use of a proprietary bionic adhesive, developed jointly by Xingang Group and the team led by Academician Li Jian from Northeast Forestry University. The result is a market-leading product that is formaldehyde-free, benzene-free, and free from VOC additives, making it a truly sustainable and environmentally friendly choice.
