On July 21, 2018, Xingang Group solemnly held the swearing ceremony for the first board of the Yitang particleboard project on September 28. More than 200 people including Wei Xiaoxin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, senior management of the group, all staff of the particleboard project, and new employees of the group attended the meeting. Yan Xunquan, an enterprise cadre dispatched by the district, presided over the meeting.
Before the meeting, all employees of the particleboard project and the new employees visited the exhibition hall of Xingang Group and gained a deeper understanding of the group.
At the meeting, all the staff first watched the promotional video of Xingang Enterprise and listened to the speeches of the employee representatives. Chen Min, general manager of the particleboard project, gave a speech. He explained the construction of the project and called on the project construction team to unite, carry forward the spirit of Xingang, and create a miracle for Hong Kong.
In his speech, Wei Xiaoxin spoke highly of the staff representatives and Chen Min’s statements, emphasizing that we must set our heart on Xingang, regard Xingang as a turning point in our destiny, and continue to advance towards realizing our dreams. He hopes that every Xingang person must be "right", have a positive attitude, and learn to behave, learn to do things, "be able to endure what others can't bear, and be able to bear the sins that others can't bear", bear hardships and stand hard work, and be motivated. Really work hard and continue to make Xingang bigger, stronger, higher and more refined.
Moderator requirements: 1. The style of work must be pragmatic. To closely focus on the goal, set ideas, set measures, set rewards and punishments, set assessments, solve problems, promote the degree, and ensure goals; 2. Measures must be implemented.
