The delegation led by Gao Tingting, senior manager of the purchase department of Hollywood Home Furnishings, Yang Kai, purchase manager, and Yao Weina, manager of the development team, first visited the intelligent manufacturing workshop of Xingang Biomimetic Lightweight High Strength particle board Industry 4.0. This workshop introduces the first Dieffenbach production line in Shandong Province, using advanced equipment such as the Grubbas super flaker, the Italian Parr super particle screen, the airflow air separation machine, the Dieffenbach online sizing and mixing system, the Dieffenbach surface airflow paving machine, and the Dieffenbach continuous press system, all of which are in line with international standards.
Later, Gao Tingting, Senior Manager of Haolaike Home Procurement Department, and a delegation arrived at the production workshop of bionic ultra-thin fiberboard in Xingang. The Xingang Biomimetic Ultrathin Fiberboard Production Workshop has fully introduced advanced domestic and foreign equipment and control systems such as Andritz Thermal Grinder, high-precision dual control high-pressure gluing system, Yalian high-precision paving belt slow exhaust pre compression system, and Yalian ultra-high speed continuous flat press to achieve an unmanned workshop. The workshop adopts fully automatic and world-class equipment and processes to ensure that the board is homogeneous, pure, and environmentally friendly.
Subsequently, Gao Tingting, the senior manager of the procurement department of Haolaike, and a delegation arrived at the Xingang Research Institute. Xingang Research Institute has national postdoctoral research workstations, academician workstations and other scientific and technological innovation platforms, and has undertaken more than 40 provincial and municipal level scientific research projects such as the National 14th Five Year Plan, the National 863 Plan, the Torch Plan, the Spark Plan, and the Shandong Province Major Science and Technology Innovation Engineering Project. It has over 100 patents and has achieved fruitful innovative research and development results.

The mechanical properties of the products meet the requirements of national standards, and the environmental protection performance reaches the highest national standards.
