On July 28, 2018, Xingang Group held the third phase of the business school training, and Yan Jin, a senior lecturer at the Jun Business School, gave a keynote speech on "How to Learn Business". Wei Xiaoxin, secretary and chairman of the group's party committee, Yan Xunquan, a cadre dispatched by the district, and group executives attended the training. More than 200 trainees participated in the training.
Teacher Yan Jin introduced business from two stories, which is a science that allows people to be healthy and happy. It is a knowledge that learns from things, studies the world, studies changes, and studies oneself; from economics, management, and organizational behavior. Based on the theory of ''China-US Trade War'' , ''Healthcare Reform'' and ''The Rise of a Dairy Product Company'' which are currently more concerned, explain the relationship between business theory and practice; give students their own business research experience and experience We have clearer learning guidance and methods, and have a deeper understanding of business.
Chairman Wei emphasized that Mr. Yan Jin has a high level of theory and rich knowledge, and it is difficult to understand. All students should make study notes, communicate with each other, study repeatedly, deepen their understanding, and apply what they have learned.
