In 2018, Xingang Group cooperated with academician Li Jian of Chinese Academy of Engineering to build Xingang academician workstation, focusing on the major key technologies in the field of aldehyde-free environmental protection and low-carbon wood-based panel manufacturing, making every effort to overcome the "aldehyde-free" bionic adhesive and aldehyde-free bionic wood-based panel technology, and successfully applied to the production and processing of three major wood-based panels, with stable production process, product mechanical properties to meet the national standard requirements, no formaldehyde, VOCs added, environmental performance to meet the highest national standard requirements, which is a new core technology for the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry in China and the world.
After that, Mr. Shen and his party visited the industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing workshop of Xinguang bionic lightweight high-strength particleboard. Xingang Group introduced the first Dieffenbacher production line in Shandong Province, which adopts Grubas super planer, Italian Parr super planer sieve and airflow wind separator, Dieffenbacher online sizing and glue mixing system, Dieffenbacher surface airflow lay-up machine and Dieffenbacher continuous press system, synchronizing with the international level and leading the industry development.
At present, Xingang Group has exclusively realized the mass production of Xingang bionic glue, Xingang bionic lightweight and high-strength particleboard (annual production capacity of 300,000m³ continuous production line) and Xingang bionic ultra-thin fiberboard (annual production capacity of 200,000m³ continuous production line). More than ten years of original innovation, leading the "aldehyde-free era" of home furnishing.
